Who operates Bookiana

Bookiana is an appointment-booking service operated by Zobel Tech LLC in Florida. This policy explains how we handle information when customers book services and when shops and service providers manage appointments.

Information we collect

• Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and login method.
• Appointment details, including the shop, service provider, service, date, time, status, notes, and—when you request mobile service—the verified service address you submit.
• Shop and provider information needed to publish services, availability, prices, and business profiles.
• Ratings and reviews you choose to submit after a completed appointment.
• Business addresses and map coordinates used to validate listings, calculate distance, and provide directions.
• Your approximate device location when you choose “Use my location.” Bookiana keeps it temporarily in your private session for nearby results, does not place it in the page URL, and does not save it to your customer profile.
• Technical and security data such as timestamps, request information, and records used to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the basic profile information you authorize that provider to share, typically your name and email address. We do not receive your social-account password.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, schedule and manage appointments, send transactional messages, show availability, publish reviews with your permission, support users, prevent fraud, and improve Bookiana.

How information is shared

Appointment information, including a mobile-service destination when applicable, is shared with the shop and service provider you select. A mobile professional's private base address is not shown to customers. We also use service providers that help us host the application, store uploaded content, deliver email, and provide sign-in services. They may process information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information.

Business addresses are submitted to the U.S. Census Geocoder for address matching. Interactive maps use Leaflet and OpenStreetMap tiles. Google Maps or Apple Maps receives the destination when you choose its directions link.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and your choices

You can delete your personal account in the app from your customer Profile or the Bookiana Pro navigation. We ask you to verify your identity and confirm deletion. This removes your login, linked customer contact details, personal profile, favorites and authored reviews; affected upcoming appointments are cancelled. Professional profile photos and availability are also removed. Store appointment history is retained without the deleted customer's contact details, notes or service address.

Deleting a personal admin account does not delete the store, other staff or the store subscription, and does not cancel subscription charges. Shared business information and billing transaction records remain separate from your deleted login. If you are the last active admin, add another admin before deleting if you want the store to retain administrative access.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain booking and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may update your account information from your profile. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. Some records may be retained when legally required or needed for fraud prevention and legitimate business records.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Bookiana is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
