Using Bookiana

These terms govern your use of Bookiana, an appointment-booking service operated by Zobel Tech LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bookiana.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

Appointments and participating businesses

Bookiana helps customers and independent participating businesses arrange appointments. The business, not Zobel Tech LLC, provides the booked service and is responsible for its quality, safety, licensing, prices, and any shop-specific cancellation, lateness, refund, or payment policy. Confirm those terms with the business before your appointment.

You agree to make bookings in good faith and to cancel or reschedule promptly when you cannot attend. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

Content and reviews

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate Bookiana. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringe another person's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or threatens users or the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Bookiana, probe or bypass its security, access another person's account, send harmful code, scrape the service without permission, make fraudulent bookings, or use the service in violation of law.

Third-party services

Bookiana may rely on third-party hosting, storage, messaging, and identity providers. Your use of services such as Google or Apple sign-in may also be governed by those providers' terms and privacy policies.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Bookiana available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the services offered by participating businesses. To the extent permitted by law, Zobel Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Bookiana or services supplied by a participating business.

Suspension, changes, and governing law

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address violations of these terms. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Florida law governs these terms, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
